fixsubtitles is run by a solo developer, and I read everything. Use the form below — replies go to the email you enter. (No inbox to copy down: the form is the fastest way to reach me, and it keeps spammers from scraping an address off the page.)
Especially useful
- A file that breaks a tool. If a subtitle file converts wrong or fails, describe it (or paste a few cues that reproduce it). Real broken files are how the tools get better.
- A format edge case we don’t handle yet — an unusual encoding, a player-specific quirk, a malformed timestamp variant.
- A tool you wish existed. The roadmap is shaped by what people actually need.
