fixsubtitles is run by a solo developer. Email is the best way to reach me, and I read everything.
Especially useful
- A file that breaks a tool. If a subtitle file converts wrong or fails, send it (or a few cues that reproduce it). Real broken files are how the tools get better.
- A format edge case we don’t handle yet — an unusual encoding, a player-specific quirk, a malformed timestamp variant.
- A tool you wish existed. The roadmap is shaped by what people actually need.
Because everything runs in your browser, I never see your files unless you choose to send one — so a clear description or a sample helps a lot.
